To face this challenge I widened the task to a more accessible question: How to think less as I am dancing? I entitled the research on that theme “Dropping the brains”. The challenge of that research was in fact to achieve to let go of my mind control WILFULLY. One day just before class our improvisation teacher Michel Yang made a parody of a situation where someone clenches his fists and groans “I want to let go!”
This essay traces my path to generate my own resolution to that paradox.
